Aruwei Ruth Peremo Embodies Leadership, Service and Vision for Gbaramatu Students — Asiayei Enaibo

KUNUKUNUAMA — Aruwei Ruth Peremo has been described as a young leader whose commitment, vision, and readiness to serve reflect the values of responsibility and selfless leadership needed for the advancement of students and the Gbaramatu Kingdom.

Speaking on the importance of leadership and service among young people, Niger Delta journalist Asiayei Enaibo, popularly known as "The Talking Drum," said the future belongs to individuals who are prepared to answer the call of responsibility with courage, dedication, and purpose.

He noted that service remains a symbol of honour for people who believe in their abilities and are willing to contribute positively to society, adding that Aruwei Ruth Peremo exemplifies these qualities through her passion for leadership and development.

Enaibo also highlighted the role of the National Association of Gbaramatu Students (NAGS), describing it as the intellectual body of Gbaramatu Kingdom students and a platform established to promote academic excellence, unity, leadership, and the overall advancement of students.

According to him, NAGS has continued to nurture future leaders who are expected to contribute meaningfully to the growth and progress of the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom.

He further emphasized the historical significance of the Aruwei lineage as custodians of leadership and development, while calling for greater capacity building and support for the Maritime University to strengthen its role in educational and human capital development within the Niger Delta region.

"The future belongs to those who are prepared to serve. Leadership is responsibility, and responsibility demands commitment to the collective progress of our people," Enaibo stated.
