Leadership is most effective when it is driven by service, responsibility, and a genuine commitment to the people. It is this conviction that has inspired Erete Ayapere, a proud son of Oporoza Community, Kenebra Quarters, to step forward as a candidate for the office of General Secretary of the National Association of Gbaramatu Students (NAGS) Worldwide.

For Erete, this ambition is not simply about contesting an election; it is about offering himself for service at a time when the association needs dedicated individuals who can strengthen its administrative structure, improve communication, and promote unity among students across all chapters.

The office of the General Secretary occupies a critical position within NAGS. It serves as the engine room of administration, ensuring that decisions are properly documented, information is effectively disseminated, and the affairs of the association are conducted with transparency and accountability.

Erete believes that a well-organized secretariat is essential for the growth and sustainability of NAGS, and he is determined to bring efficiency, diligence, and innovation to the office.

If elected, he will work towards strengthening communication between the National Executive Council, chapter executives, and members. He also seeks to establish a culture of proper record-keeping and documentation that will preserve the history, policies, and achievements of the association for future generations.

Beyond administrative duties, Erete is committed to fostering greater unity among Gbaramatu students. He envisions a NAGS where every student feels represented, valued, and actively involved in the affairs of the association.

Through collaboration and inclusiveness, he believes NAGS can become an even stronger platform for leadership development, educational advancement, and student welfare.

His candidacy is built on the principles of integrity, accountability, transparency, and service. These values will guide every action and decision he takes if given the opportunity to serve.

As NAGS prepares to elect a new set of leaders, Erete Ayapere calls on students across Gbaramatu Kingdom to support a vision that prioritizes organization, unity, and progress.

Erete Ayapere for General Secretary, NAGS Worldwide.

A Voice for Unity. A Pen for Progress. A Heart for Service.

Together, we can build a stronger, more efficient, and more impactful NAGS for the benefit of all Gbaramatu students.
