Meet Thompson Laye Odudukurudu, a distinguished son of the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom, with roots tracing back to the families of Wariya, Oguma, and Yohawei Families in Oporoza, Kokodiagbene, and Kunukunuma communities, respectively.


A highly skilled Drilling Fluids Specialist, Thompson represents the growing cadre of indigenous professionals shaping the future of Nigeria’s oil and gas industry. With extensive hands-on experience across the Niger Delta Basin, he has contributed significantly to the successful drilling of over 70 oil and gas wells, both onshore and offshore—demonstrating technical excellence in some of the most challenging operating environments.
